Many problems (especially weather-related problems) can be fixed easily by just rebooting your equipment. Before submitting a form for assisance with hardware (computers, printers, etc.), please be sure that you have completely shut down (turned off) and unplugged the computer or printer and then reconnected and rebooted (turned it back on) to make sure the problem still exists.
