I am responsible for Immunizations, height, weight, vision and hearing of all students in the district. I may need help from time to time from the parents in checking for and eliminating head lice. I also need help keeping your children's Immunizations current. If your child needs an Immunization I will be sending you a letter to let you know. Thank you for your help!

Please notify the school nurse or the school secretary of any medical conditions such as: asthma, seizure disorder, diabetes, severe allergies to food/insects, chronic medical conditions or previous medical history that could have an impact on your child during school or extracurricular activities. Also please notify us of any medications that your child may be taking during school hours. |
