All Region 14 Teachers will need to complete this new email AUP and turn in to Reg. 14 by Dec.
This form should also be used for new teachers but the district will also need to send in an Email Update Form (below) for additions and deletions.(If you have an older version of Acrobat, you may get error messages opening the form, but it still works.) |

This form will be sent to Reg. 14 when there are additions and deletions of email accounts for a campus. This can be completed by the secretary, the principal, or the campus technology contact and may be submitted electronically or printed. |
